Your design will be printed with superior high quality, long life inks, to last generations without fading. To reduce UV fading of colours we don’t recommend placing your sign in direct sunlight outdoors.

We do not accept any refunds or returns should you not be happy with the condition of your paling however we guarantee we take pride in each and every sign we make and will quality check your sign to our high standards. In other words we wont give you something inferior.

All files must be no less than 300dpi in resolution. Accepted file formats Jpeg, PNG, Vector. If you do not know the name of your specific font, send us a sample of the font you’d like, we will do our best to get the exact same font if not something close to it. Logos and artwork must be transparent if you don’t want the background, we can remove it at an extra cost.
